Two easy steps to book and enjoy Casa Amador Ibiza fully serviced:

Request to book

All you must do to confirm is to fill out the booking form on our website to schedule your stay. Please fill in the form in full, so that we may process your reservation trouble free. You will receive your contract in which all the details of your reservation are indicated, specifying the conditions and payment also.
As soon as we receive the required deposit, you will receive a confirmation e-mail stating that the villa has been booked for you.

Your arrival

We accompany you to your reserved villa and we show you all the details you need to know about the villa and how everything operates. We personally make sure that everything is to your liking.

General Conditions

We provide the terms and conditions, we have established and listed on our website. Then we specify the basic points that regulate the terms and conditions of rent in general.

1.- Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions established by the Casa Amador rent will be signed by our customers before handing over the keys of Casa Amador.

2.- Reservation deposit

The landlord, sent by email to those interested in formalizing lease on property that offer, a copy of the lease, together with the general conditions. Since then the applicant has a period of between 3 to 5 days maximum (depending on booked dates) to proceed to confirm your reservation by sending the following e-mail system to hola@amadorvilla.com the following documentation:

  • a) Proof: Income of 25% of the total amount of booking the reservation to formalize the current account that will provide.
  • b) Signed lease contract.
  • c) Copy of DNI / PASSPORT

Payment of the balance must be paid before receiving the keys to the property.

3.- Cost and services included in the rental price

The rental price incluse the exclusive use of the furnished and equipped villa and its installations. The consumption of water, gas and electricity are included as well as the furnishing of the house with bed linen, towels, household items and electric appliances. Independent of the cleaning service established for each villa by the villa owner, Ibiza Villas offers the possibility to hire additional cleaning options.

4.- Cancellation policy

The following general rule is applied:

  • a) Cancellation of 60 days or more before arrival = Penalty fee 50 €.
  • b) Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival = Penalty of 50% of the total net price.
  • c) Cancellation 30 days before arrival = Penalty of 100% of all net price.

Any cancellation must be informed by the lessee by email and date of the document shall certify it.

5.- Security deposit

The tenant is liable for any damage and / or damage that may occur in leased by itself, its occupants and / or visitors and undertakes to take care of the whole leased and put in knowledge of the owner, any damage or malfunction whatever their origin.
Upon delivery of keys, the tenant must deliver cash cash at check in. in concept of deposit an amount to be determined in each case depending on the characteristics, equipment and category leasehold, which respond the proper maintenance and use, maintenance, repair, replacement and cleaning the rented property in its broadest sense, with what it is incidental and / or dependent.

6.- Number of people using the villa

The number of people staying at the property must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated in the booking conditions, except in the case of infants under two years of age. The property and the agent reserve the right to revoke the booking at their sole discretion in case this condition should be violated, and also may result in losing the security deposit.

7.- Access

The owner of the villa (and/or their representatives) shall be allowed free access to the house at any reasonable time during the holiday occupancy for the purpose of maintenance or in case of emergencies, e. g. failure of any facilities.

8.- Client responsabilities

The client must keep the house and all furniture, facilities and equipment in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of hour holiday or stay, and the villa should be handed over free of any garbage. The client is responsible for all damage or loss which occurs to the property or its contents during your occupation and will be responsible for paying appropriate compensation to the owner through the property agent in case of any damage.

The celebration of parties and events of all kinds is expressly prohibited at the villa, without the consent of the property owner or his representative. The number of people accessing or staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of guests as stipulated in Point 3, unless the property owner or his representative have given their authorization.

Formal complaints from neighbours or reports filed at the local town authorities for breach of these rules may result in loss of the security deposit and revocation of the booking.

9.- Liabilities

The client is not responsible for the general functioning of the house, e.g. water pumps, pool, electricity, and if it ceases to function during your stay the owner is obliged to fix it as soon as possible. Casa Amador shall not be responsible for the personal injury of any person staying at the villa, unless the injury results from the proven negligence of the villa owner.

10.- Security and Valuables

Any valuables left at the property are at the client risk. The property agent is not responsible for loss or breakage of any personal goods. As with all the rental properties in prime locations there is a risk of burglary. It is the responsibility of the client to advise the property agent/owner immediately in case of burglary. Ibiza Villas accept no responsibility for any loss or damage due to theft or any security related incident however caused.
